Thomas (Tommy) Leager, the owner of TL Fence LLC, was born and raised on Maryland's Eastern Shore. He worked installing fence and learning the trade in Delaware. Tommy is a licensed contractor and salesman through the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC).
